This coaching program is for anyone who is looking to get clear on their next business strategy by elevating their strategy game.
With this program you will receive
1st Call: 90-minute Coaching Call that focuses on gaining clarity on your business goals. You will leave feeling certain about how to move forward.
2nd Call: A 60 minute call to plan your Strategic Course of Action.
3rd Call: A 60 minute call to discuss the implementation and understand the systems that need to be in place to execute.
4th Call: A 90 minute wrap-up call to evaluate the strategy, reflect on the outcomes and solidify the course of action moving forward. We will take this time to understand the changes to the strategy in order to move forward and understand what new piece of information you learned from your audience and market.
This program is designed to change the way you think about strategy, gain clarity and take action with accountability.
